Delivery & Shipping Info
While tutulamb strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on a timely basis, errors may occur in the details, descriptions, and prices that appear on the tutulamb website. If we identify an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will promptly notify you and reconfirm your order with the correct information. In the event that we are unable to reach you, we will consider the order as cancelled. If you have already made payment for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
To complete the order process, it is necessary for you to provide contact details for the designated contact person (which can be different from the recipient's contact information).
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be directly sent to the designated contact person once the order is being processed.
You will receive an order confirmation number upon purchase.
Tracking Number
Additionally, once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the contact person for convenient tracking of the delivery.
Please note that once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
However, you may refer to our return policy if you wish to return the goods.

We ship globally. Shipping costs are separately charged and the total amount depends on the destination of the recipient.

In the event that packages are not collected or paid for at your local post office within 14 days, tutulamb reserves the right to apply a handling fee to cover the costs associated with return shipping and administrative expenses of freight companies.
Please note that dispatch times may vary based on product availability, and there may be delays in delivery due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, for delays caused by force majeure or postal issues, tutulamb cannot be held liable or responsible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please be informed that all items purchased are non-refundable.
However, we do offer an exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Kindly ensure that the product is in new and unused condition.
It is important to provide the tracking number for any goods being returned to us.
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
If you are returning an item internationally, please make sure to clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to prevent any customs charges.
Please note that tutulamb will not be held responsible for any customs charges incurred during the return process, as such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
